#16 The Elevator

A woman lived in an apartment building on the seventh floor. Every morning she took the lift to the ground floor and went to her work. But when she came home, she took the lift to the fourth floor and then continued by walking the stairs up. Why would she do that?

She, being a woman, wanted the exercise of running up 3 flights of stairs. (Ask runnergrl92 about that)

Something to the effect of she is not tall enough to reach the seven on the "number wall" on the elevator. Since the ground floor or first floor button is on the bottom she has no trouble when she is leaving for work. However, when she comes back, she cannot reach anything above the four. So she gets out on the fourth floor and walks the rest of the way up. (Although person 1's answer seemed more realistic!)

Is it something like that?
